Deutsche Bahn has more than 300.000+ employees worldwide. To establish a new feedback culture – supported by digital tools – is an enormous task. Part of that task is to communicate and sell the concept internally.

I was asked to support the project during a crucial test phase with communications as well as data analysis. My work included on-site interviews with employees in different cities, writing blog articles for the internal company blog, creating various communication material for the project and analyzing and presenting internal survey data.
